The DAO provides continuing medical education for its members to help ophthalmologists of North Central Texas better care for the ophthalmic needs of the community. The Academy strives to accumulate and disseminate knowledge and experiences pertaining to new ophthalmic methods, techniques, and devices throughout the greater North Texas medical community.
